Made in the traditional method of Champagne, France, this brut is made of 75% Chardonnay and 25% Verdelho. With aromas of white peach, apricot and citrus and flavors of grapefruit and green apple, Quill Cuvée is a natural choice to accompany brunch, happy hour, or dessert.

With notes of bing cherry on the nose and palate, this velvety light red wine is a nice accompaniment to a ham or salmon entrée. 

Amador County Fair Gold Medal Winner 2023! This Rhône-style blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre shows soft, spiced cherry and berry notes with a subtle hint of black pepper.
