Made in the traditional method of Champagne, France, this brut is made of 75% Chardonnay and 25% Verdelho. With aromas of white peach, apricot and citrus and flavors of grapefruit and green apple, Quill Cuvée is a natural choice to accompany brunch, happy hour, or dessert.

This white blend of 75% Chardonnay and 25% Riesling is crisp and floral on the palate with a subtle finish.  Pairs nicely with light cuisine - vegetarian, poultry, or seafood.  Our winemaker calls this "Springtime in a glass"!

This rosé of Grenache and Mourvèdre  is light and crisp with a soft, dry finish. Perfect for a warm day!

With notes of bing cherry on the nose and palate, this velvety light red wine is a nice accompaniment to a ham or salmon entrée. 

Amador County Fair Gold Medal Winner 2023! This Rhône-style blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre shows soft, spiced cherry and berry notes with a subtle hint of black pepper. 

This is a bright, herbaceous, earthy wine with hints of cherry and bell pepper.

This blended red wine results in flavors and aromas of plum, cinnamon, black cherry, with a peppery, dry finish. This wine is perfect with a burger or on its own.
